Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Vinyl Arts and Parts (“VAAP”) to you (the “Customer”) through the website www.vinylartsandparts.co.za (the “Website”). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by VAAP. VAAP reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Upon acceptance of an order, VAAP will send an order confirmation via email to the email address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.

2. Shipping

Shipping of products purchased through the Website is available within South Africa only. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details during the ordering process. VAAP will not be held responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.

A flat charge of R120 for courier services will be applied to all orders, in addition to the cost of the products purchased. 

3. Delivery

VAAP will make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, VAAP does not guarantee delivery dates and will not be liable for any delays in delivery.

4. Payment

Payment for orders placed through the Website must be made in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment can be made using the payment methods accepted by VAAP, as listed on the Website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy available on the Website for information regarding returns and refunds.

6. Liability

VAAP shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of the use or inability to use products purchased through the Website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By placing an order through the Website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Returns Policy

At Vinyl Arts and Parts (“VAAP”), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have purchased the item directly from VAAP through our website www.vinylartsandparts.co.za.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You request a return within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
  • The item is not excluded from our returns policy (see section 3 for exclusions).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact VAAP’s customer service team via email at werner@vinylartsandparts.co.za or through the WhatsApp links provided on our website. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. b. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it. d. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt by the customer.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or retailers.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment . Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
